Pastry chef and food historian Fany Gerson opened Dough Doughnuts in Bed Stuy (NYC) in 2010. A decade later, and after wild success, the massively popular shop is closing and Fany will move on to a new adventure, Fan-fan Doughnuts. We created posters for Fany to bid adieu to her followers on the shop windows and instagram.
