Seed + Mill

We were asked to design Seed+Mill, a kiosk at Chelsea Market, and "the only store in the USA solely dedicated to quality sesame seed products: halva, tahini, spice mix, etc.

The brief was to conceive a corner that reflected the Middle Eastern warmth without being caricatural, and that did not ressemble most NY food court booths, typically very sleek and sterile. 

Today, seed+mill has expanded and uses the same design guidelines for all of their new carts and kiosks.
