Le Petit Grain

Paris restaurant, Le Grand Bain, opened a bakery valuing quality, low waste, and affordability. Chef & co-owner Edward Dwelling-Williams, uses organic flour, natural leavenings and sources water from a local well. No plastic is being used in the bakery and bread scraps are reused to make kvas, a drink made with their 100% rye bread. The branding we created uses the patterns of baked bread and representations of old alchemy symbols to emphasize the craft that goes into everything Le Petit Grain does.
