sweetgreen, the ultra local salad concept that fights for democratizing healthy food, has been associated with the arts from the start. From the sweetlife music festival to in-store artist collaborations. Similarly, Houston provides some of the country’s best access to contemporary art with government funded institutions.

Subsequently, we envisioned sweetgreen's first Houston location interiors just like an artists workshop. The space becomes an atelier and gallery that highlights the brand's passion for food and celebrates the local scene, with the backdrop of an open feature kitchen. Through an artist’s lens, utilitarian furnishings and tools are re-imagined for sweetgreen in a place for experimenting, creating, and sharing.
